Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of Hayannun (hereinafter "the Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: A Gantt chart-based schedule management and note-taking web application provided by Hayannun
- User: A person who uses the service in accordance with these Terms
- Operator: The individual who operates and manages the service
- Content: All data created by users within the service, including projects, tasks, notes, etc.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted within the service or otherwise communicated to users.
- The operator may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and will announce any changes within the service.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the service.
Article 4 (Service Description)
Hayannun provides the following services.
- Gantt chart-based schedule management
- Create, edit, and delete tasks
- Markdown-based notes and descriptions
- Project-level data management
- Data backup and restore
Article 5 (Use of Service)
- The service can be used without separate registration.
- Users may optionally set a password when creating a project.
- The service is provided through a web browser and does not require any software installation.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities.
- Using the service in violation of laws or public order
- Disrupting the normal operation of the service
- Interfering with other users' use of the service
- Abusing the service to automatically generate or transmit large volumes of data
- Breaching the service's security or exploiting vulnerabilities
Article 7 (Service Changes and Interruptions)
- The operator may modify service content or add/remove features.
- The service may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters, equipment failures, or operational reasons.
- We will provide advance notice whenever possible before service interruptions.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
- The operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user.
- The operator is not liable for loss of content stored by users in the service if the loss is due to the user's failure to back up.
- The service is provided free of charge, and the operator is not liable for damages arising from service use except where legally obligated.
Article 9 (Paid Services and Payments)
- The service offers Pro monthly, 3-month, and annual paid plans in addition to the free plan.
- Paid plans are automatically renewed and charged to the registered card at each cycle (monthly 30 days, 3-month 90 days, annual 365 days).
- Payments are processed through NICE Payments. Card information is encrypted during transmission and is not stored on our servers.
- If payment fails 3 consecutive times, the subscription will automatically expire.
Article 10 (Subscription Cancellation and Refunds)
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and auto-renewal will stop immediately upon cancellation.
- After cancellation, you can continue using the paid plan until the end of the already paid period.
- After the period expires, the plan will automatically switch to Free, and your data will not be deleted.
- As this service begins delivering digital content immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Please review this carefully before making a payment.
- However, in cases attributable to the operator such as payment errors or duplicate charges, please contact support ([email protected]) and we will review and advise on a refund.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Intellectual property rights for the service's design, software, technology, and the service itself belong to the operator.
- Users retain all rights to the content they create through the service.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a dispute related to service use, the operator and user shall make good-faith efforts to resolve it through consultation.
- If no agreement is reached, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.
These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2025.
